Items needed:
- White Candle
- Sea Salt
- Bowl
- Matches or Lighter
Ritual:
1. Begin by lighting the white candle, and place it in front of you.
2. Sprinkle the sea salt in a circle around the candle, making sure to close the circle with the salt.
3. Visualize a protective shield of light surrounding you and your space.
4. Place the bowl in the center of the circle and focus your thoughts on the shield of protection.
5. Speak aloud the following incantation:
“From the heavens above,
I call on the power of love.
Create a shield of sacred light
To protect me from any hex or blight.
So mote it be!”
6. Allow the candle to burn for at least 15 minutes, and afterward extinguish it.
7. Dispose of the sea salt and bowl by burying them in the ground.
