This spell is designed to release stress and promote relaxation, helping you to find inner peace and calmness.
- A white candle
- A small piece of paper
- A pen or marker
- A bowl of water
- A calming essential oil (such as lavender or chamomile)
1. Find a quiet and comfortable space where you won’t be disturbed.
2. Light the white candle and place it in front of you.
3. Take a few deep breaths to center yourself.
4. Write down on the piece of paper everything that is causing you stress and anxiety.
5. Hold the paper in your hands and visualize all of the negative energy leaving your body and entering the paper.
6. Place the paper in the bowl of water and watch as the ink runs and dissolves in the water, taking your stress and anxiety with it.
7. Say the following incantation:
“I release this stress and anxiety from my being,
Let it be absorbed by the water and unseen.
With this ritual, I banish negativity,
And find peace and calm within me.”
8. Close your eyes and take a few more deep breaths, inhaling the calming essential oil and exhaling any remaining tension.
9. Blow out the candle and dispose of the paper and water.
