Spell to encourage you to open your heart and welcome love.
Items:
- A pink or green candle
- A piece of rose quartz
- A piece of paper and a pen
- A small bottle of lavender essential oil
Ritual:
- Find a quiet, comfortable space where you can perform the ritual undisturbed.
- Light the pink or green candle.
- Hold the rose quartz in your hand and close your eyes.
- Take a deep breath and visualize a soft, pink light radiating from your heart chakra and spreading throughout your body.
- Say the following spell:
Goddess of love, hear my plea, Open my heart and set me free, Release my fears and let love in, Let my heart be a welcoming den.
- Anoint the rose quartz with lavender oil, saying:
Lavender, the herb of love and peace, Bring serenity and harmony to my heart, And open it up to new possibilities and love, So mote it be.
- Place the rose quartz next to the candle and let the candle burn until it goes out.
- Take the piece of paper and write down any fears, doubts or limiting beliefs that are preventing you from opening your heart to love. Then, burn the paper in the candle flame, saying:
I release these fears and doubts to the flame, And let love and light take their place, May my heart be open and ready to receive love, So mote it be.
- Carry the rose quartz with you as a reminder to stay open and receptive to love, and repeat the spell whenever you feel the need to reinforce your intention.
