A spine-chilling CCTV footage has captured a ghostly figure following a man as he gets into a taxi at night. The video shows the passenger standing alone on a quiet street before climbing into the back seat of the cab. However, what he doesn’t seem to realize is that a ghostly figure with long black hair is right behind him, following him into the car.
