Josh and George, two men from Staines-upon-Thames, Surrey, claim to have captured ghostly footage of a soldier sitting on a bench near the Northam War Memorial. On December 28th, while driving through Northan, North Decon, they recorded what appears to be a ghostly apparition.
The footage depicts a translucent body sitting and calmly gazing straight ahead. Josh, who previously was a skeptic of the paranormal, says the experience has changed his perspective and made him a believer in spirits. The Northam War Memorial bears the names of soldiers who lost their lives between 1914 and 1919 and between 1939 and 1945.
According to George, “It looked like a really misty figure. It was clear and it was like someone was literally sitting there. It was definitely a male figure, so it very well could have been the ghost of a soldier.”
