Dip your fingers in the bowl of water and sprinkle some drops around yourself.<\/p>\n<p>10. Keep holding the black tourmaline in your left hand and the bowl of water in your right hand while visualizing the protective shield around you.<br \/>\n11. When you feel ready, say:<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>I am protected, and nothing negative can harm me.<\/em><\/p>\n<p>12. Extinguish the candle and carry the black tourmaline with you for added protection.<\/p>\n<p>13.
